I have been a client of Hosting Australia for the past couple of years, the teams responsiveness to changes I need and the customer service is fantastic. Recently we had a major technical issue with our old and outdated web site, and the guys had a "Splash Page" up within a couple of hours. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (except my competitors).

We are a reseller of Hosting Australia, and couldn't say enough positive things about these guys. Friendly, local support and the level of knowledge is much higher than from any other tech support team I have worked with. Next to no call queues either, and wicked fast ticket responses. 5 Stars all around.

I can recommend Hosting- Australia. Some years ago they were very helpful in sorting out and hosting our web site and now have migrated our exchange email service. Despite difficulties out of their control, they gave me full support and saw the migration through to a successful completion. Very competent and easy to work with and they are an Australian Company.

Customer service for Web Hosting can be terrible, but the guys at Hosting Australia are amazingly good at what they do. Hands down best service I've ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable and ALWAYS willing to go the extra yards to make sure you are more than satisfy. Their hosting service is lightening quick, secure and reliable. Honestly cannot recommend these guys any more highly!!

My previous provider was regularly getting blacklisted and my emails were bouncing. All that is fixed since changeover to HA. The transfer of the hosting and email to HA was fast and efficient. Someone always attends to my queries quickly. The service is cheaper and better than my previous (overseas) provider.

From ticket, to review, and to fixing the problem, all done in the shortest time. Amazing staff all very patient. Excellent customer service nothing seems to be a problem.

The sales and support staff were patient, understanding and most of all were able to completely understand my requirements and were able to communicate them in easy non-techno jargon English.

What I have now is a very fast website (WordPress). The backend is terrific without any errors or issues. Their follow up is outstanding.
